What you’ll need

- 8 rashers SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon
- ½ cup Sweet Heat Co. Hot Honey
- 300g goat cheese, softened
- 1 green chilli, thinly sliced
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
How to make it
- Pre-heat a fan forced oven to 180°C.
- Lay bacon on a baking tray and drizzle with half the Sweet Heat Co. Hot Honey, then place in the oven for 10 mins until crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before roughly chopping.
- Add goat cheese to a food processor and blend until whipped and creamy.
- Spread whipped goat cheese onto a plate, drizzle with the remaining Sweet Heat Co. Hot Honey, then top with bacon and green chilli.
- Serve with the toasted baguette and enjoy!
