Beer Braised Pulled Pork

What you’ll need
INGREDIENTS
- 1 SunPork Fresh Foods Pork Collar Butt
- 2 brown onions, quartered
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 700ml dark ale
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
- Parsley, chopped, to serve
How to make it
- In a slow cooker, add all ingredients and place on low for 10 hrs.
- Remove pork from the slow cooker and allow to rest for approx. 15-20 mins.
- Place pork in a large serving bowl, then use two forks to gently pull the pork apart. Ladle the cooking juice’s from the slow cooker over the top and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with parsley to serve and enjoy!
