What you’ll need

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g leftover SunPork Fresh Foods Ham
  • 1 Sourdough bread loaf, sliced
  • 200g hummus
  • 200g sweet potato dip
  • 200g bocconcini
  • 200g aged cheddar
  • 250g baby cucumbers, quartered lengthways
  • 1 bunch baby carrots, washed
  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 150g crackers
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup pistachios
  • Rosemary, for garnish
  • Edible flowers, for garnish

How to make it

  1. Start by slicing the leftover ham into thin slices for easy serving. Lay out the ham on the board, making it the star of the spread.
  2. Place slices of sourdough bread along the edge of your board, leaving space for the rest of the ingredients. Fan them out for easy grabbing.
  3. In small bowls, add your hummus and dip and place these on the board.
  4. Add the bocconcini to a small dish and add to the board along with the aged cheddar.
  5. Lay out the baby cucumbers, baby carrots and cherry tomatoes, keeping them in neat groups. If you want the carrots to look rustic, keep the leafy green tops attached.
  6. Add your crackers to the edge of the board for easy access.
  7. In a small dish, mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar as a dipping sauce for the bread and place it near the sourdough.
  8. Sprinkle pistachios around the board for crunch and flavour.
  9. Garnish the board with fresh sprigs of rosemary and a few edible flowers for color and a festive touch.
  10. Serve and enjoy!

TIP: For larger grazing boards, add in the larger items first then work around them with the smaller items to fit the board.
