Our Pork Belly is 100% Australian, grown in our clean green farming regions. We’ve slow cooked it for hours so it’s juicy, tender and ready to crackle at home in just 30 mins!

1. Preheat oven to 240°C.
2. Remove packaging.
3. Dry off the rind with paper towel and rub with 2 tsp. of oil and 1 tsp. of salt into the rind.
4. Place on a lined oven tray rind side up and place in the oven for 30 mins or until the desired crackling has been achieved.
5. Allow to stand for 5 mins before carving.
Heat times are a guide only and may vary depending on your appliance.
TIP: If desired crackling does not appear, here are some ways to encourage it:
Turn grill to HIGH and place Pork Belly rind side up to heat – watch and remove from heat when desired crackling appears.
Heat a little oil in a frypan, place Pork Belly rind side down into hot oil for 5 – 10 mins – watch and remove when desired crackling appears.

Keep refrigerated. Store at 0-5°C. This product is intended to be heated prior to consumption. Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months from date of purchase. Thaw below 5°C.
