This tender pork roast has been rubbed in a beautiful tomato and mustard seasoning so all you have to do is pop it in the oven. Serve it with some steamed vegetables and roast potatoes for the perfect Sunday roast.

1. Preheat oven to 200ºC

Remove roast from packaging. Place the roast in a baking tray on the centre shelf of the oven and cook for 20 mins.
3. Reduce oven temperature to 180°C and cook for a further 45 mins per kg. Rest for 5 mins before carving.
