How to make it
Cook schnitzel according to pack instructions and cut into pieces the size of the pie maker.
In a fry-pan over med heat, sweat onions until softened, then add mushrooms and cook until they start to brown.
Add stock to the pan and simmer. Whisk corn flour and water together until smooth, then stir in to the pan and allow to thicken.
Use pastry cutter to cut out 8 larger and 8 smaller sized discs for the pie maker.
Place larger pastry disc on the bottom, then add a spoonful of mushroom gravy, pork schnitzel and top with a smaller pastry disc.
Repeat until all pie slots are filled, brush with egg wash, then close the pie maker lid and cook for approx. 8-10 mins.
