What you’ll need

  1. 100g SunPork Pork Mince
  2. 1 pack Mi Goreng 2 minute noodles
  3. 20g snow peas, halved
  4. 20g red & yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
  5. 20g green beans, halved
  6. 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  7. 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  8. 1 tsp. chilli flakes (optional)

How to make it

  1. Cook Mi Goreng noodles according to pack instructions.
  2. Heat wok over high heat. Add pork mince and cook for 2 mins or until brown.
  3. Add vegetables, chilli flakes and oyster sauce and cook for 3 mins. Add mi goreng noodles and stir through.
  4. Serve immediately.
