Bruschetta Style Pork Chops

What you’ll need
INGREDIENTS

1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
4 tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
⅓ cup fresh basil leaves, finely sliced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
⅓ cup fresh basil leaves, finely sliced
1 fresh mozzarella ball, sliced
Salt & pepper, to taste
Balsamic glaze, to serve
How to make it
In a small bowl combine onion powder, garlic powder and oregano. Dust pork steak on both sides with mix and set aside.
To make bruschetta, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, olive oil and vinegar and toss to mix.
In a fry-pan or on a grill, cook pork chops using the 6-2-2 method, 6 mins on one side, flip and cook for 2 mins, remove from pan and rest for 2 mins.
Place a slice of fresh mozzarella on top of each steak while resting.
Top with bruschetta and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
