Three Aussie Farmers Pork Mignon with Fragrant Herb and Garlic Butter
Apparently the name is French, but we’re not sure the French ones are as good as ours. Over here, we just call it a fancy steak, because the only way to improve on fresh Aussie pork is to stuff it with garlic butter. You’re welcome.

1. Heat a frypan or grill plate and lightly oil.
2. Remove pork from packaging and place in heated pan or grill plate.
3. Cook for 6-8 mins per side, or until cooked through. Enjoy!
