We’ve selected tender Australian pork and gently slow cooked it for at least 3 hours. This ensures a beautiful tender and very tasty pork belly! All you need to do is heat it through in a very hot oven to enjoy a delicious pork belly roast with crunchy crackling.

Tip: Try cutting your slow cooked pork belly into cubes and deep frying for 1 to 2 mins in hot oil. The tasty crunchy pieces are a real treat as a nibble platter or added to a salad.

Keep refrigerated.  Store at 0-5°C. This product is intended to be heated prior to consumption. Suitable for freezing. Thaw below 5°C.

Heating Time:
  1. Preheat oven to 240°C (fan forced and conventional). Remove packaging.
  2. Dry off rind with paper towel and rub 2 tsp. of oil and 1 tsp. of salt into the rind.
  3. Place on a lined oven tray rind side up and place in oven for 30 mins or until the desired crackling has been achieved.
  4. Allow to stand for 5 mins before carving.
